The intent of this proposal is to introduce and promote the sport of slacklining in Rapid City, consistent with Nehemiah Larimer’s passions for slacklining and introducing others to outdoor recreation and adventure. Nehemiah Larimer was a senior at Stevens High School and died earlier this year in a traffic accident. All costs for the project will be paid from the Nehemiah Larimer Memorial Fund. |
