Non-conforming water and sewer services were recently constructed to a new townhome due to the townhome being substantially moved from the location planned during the subdivision improvements. The services to Lot 9BR cross Lot 9AR. An easement is being secured for the services. This agreement allows them to use the services stubbed for the townhouse during the original subdivision improvements. An exception request (City File 15EX098) was approved to allow the non-conformation services contingent upon an easement being granted and entering into this agreement. |
