|
At its meeting on June 15, 2015, Council directed staff to develop a policy regarding irrigation ditches located below city streets and utilities. The attached policy would have the City entering into agreements with the irrigation ditch companies to maintain, repair, and/or replace the irrigation ditches once the road/utilities cross the ditch, so long as the City either approves of the crossing as built by a developer or initiates the crossing itself. |
