Staff has approved exception requests (City File #15EX007, 15EX009, 15EX044, 15EX045) not to construct water, sewer, pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, handicap ramps and street light conduit in Earth Drive and Legacy Lane adjacent to the plat at this time, contingent upon the property owner signing a WORP for the improvements. |
