FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Lutheran Social Services – Stepping Stones
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants and FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Lutheran Social Services – Stepping Stones. CDBG funds will be used to replace the current worn-out apartment doros with new doors equipped with electronic key fob locks, replace toilets in five apartments, repair flooring and install vanities and faucets to replace worn fixtures. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2015 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
