FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Lutheran Social Services – Arise Youth Center
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Lutheran Social Services – Arise Youth Center. CDBG funds will be used to provide more case management for youth who have been charged with a juvenile offense and their families. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2015 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
