Approve Funding Reallocation for an Agreement with Sperlich Consulting for St Andrew and St Charles Street Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension and Reconstruction, Project No. 14-2168 / CIP No. 50959.

Summary:

This project is for the construction and reconstruction of water and sanitary sewer main and appurtenance in portions of Saint Andrew Street and Saint Charles Street, between Mount Rushmore Road and 5th Street, and in 6th Street and 7th Street, between Saint Andrew Street and Franklin Street. Sanitary sewer will also be constructed in Franklin Street between Mount Rushmore Road and 7th Street. An inlay is planned for the streets disturbed by utility work.
