Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) at the end of
the program year. The CAPER is to explain how the City is carrying out its
strategies, projects and activities. Community
Development is requesting Council’s final approval of the FY2014 CAPER and
approval for Mayor and Finance Officer to sign FY2014 SF-424 and
Certifications.
