At the request of the City Council, staff is bringing forward an Ordinance Amendment to allow hobby beekeeping as a permitted use in all residential districts. In addition, staff is bringing forward an associated amendment to Chapter 6 of the Rapid City Municipal Code regarding the regulation of hobby beekeeping. |
