Summary: |

This ordinance fixes a typographical error within RCMC Section 15.14.150. The Council approved Ordinance No. 6002 last November, which adopted the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code, but inadvertently included a reference to Section 306.1.1 of the IPMC instead of 305.1.1. This ordinance corrects that error. The Building Board of Appeals unanimously recommended approval of Ordinance 6040 at its meeting on March 10, 2015. |
