The waiver of right to protest (WORP) is associated with a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application (City File #14PL066) to plat a commercial lot. Staff has approved exception requests (City File #14EX185 and 14EX186) not to construct curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, and pavement in Sheridan Lake Road and Croyle Avenue adjacent to the plat at this time, contingent upon the property owner signing a WORP for the improvements. |
