In June of 2014, Rapid City secured $30,000 in funding from the State Historic Preservation Program to contract the re-survey of the West Boulevard Historic District. Staff requests approval of the Agreement between the City and Rosin Preservation, LLC to complete phases 2, 3, and 4 of the project. Phase 1 of the project was completed by Rosin Preservation, LLC utilizing last year’s grant funding. Phase 4 will be completed contingent on the receipt of funds in next year’s grant cycle. |
