Approve request from Western Area Power Administration for easements over property located at Star of the West Sports Complex, with the stipulation that any proceeds from the granting of these easements be available to the Parks and Recreation Department.
Summary:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommended that the easement documents be approved with the stipulation that any proceeds from the granting of these easements be available to the Parks and Recreation Department. Staff noted that the easements will not interfere with the recreation activities at the Star of the West Complex.
