These are accounts that are currently included in accounts receivable that need to be written off. The AWWA utility standards for write offs is 1.10% and we have a .50% this year. This is the same as last year’s percentage. CCB’s recover this year is 28% of the accounts that we turned over to them, up 6% from last year. This was third year with the new rate structure. This increase was an overall 9% increase from 2010. The City will continue to try to collect these accounts. The asterisk (*) just means that the customer did not have a garbage account. |
