Summary: |

|
Currently, the City has adopted the 2009 version of the International Property Maintenance Code. This ordinance would adopt the 2012 version of the IPMC and would retain several local amendments to the code. A copy of the ordinance was provided to the Black Hills Home Builders, and no comments in return were received. The Building Board of Appeals considered the ordinance amendments at its October 14 meeting and recommended approval of Ordinance 6002. |
