Summary: |

|
The 2015 Active Transportation Collaboration grant provides communities from across the State of South Dakota an opportunity to compete for technical assistance to conduct active transportation assessments and provide recommendations for improving the built environment to enhance active transportation. The assessment would be conducted by South Dakota State University architectural students. The Deadwood Avenue area was selected in order to find solutions for truck/pedestrian conflicts, alternative transit modes, and safe active transportation options for employees and residents of the area. |
