Request to surplus Lot E Less ROW; Lot F Less ROW, Block 19, Scotts Addition: Properties were acquired by the SDDOT for the construction of I-190 (approximately 1958) for Right of Way purposes with the balance of the properties subsequently deeded to Rapid City in 1982. |

Action: 10/20/14: Staff requests that this item be tabled at this time. Staff as been advised that the Silver Street/I-190 project will impact these properties. Additionally these properties will be used as a staging area for the Silver Street/I-190 project.
