Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign FY2015 Agreement for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Victim Services between the City of Rapid City and Working Against Violence, Inc.
Summary:
The agreement before you is for services for fiscal year 2015 to be provided by Working Against Violence, Inc. (“WAVI”). The Council approved a $105,000.00 appropriation to WAVI for FY2015 when it passed the second reading of the 2015 budget ordinance at the September 2, 2014 meeting. This agreement memorializes the services WAVI will continue to provide next year in exchange for the City’s budgeted 2015 appropriation to WAVI.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
$105,000.00, which has already been appropriated.
