It has been determined that it is more cost effective to transfer the water rights at Meadowbrook Galleries to the Mountain View Water Treatment Plant for treatment. This project is the second part of a two part project to 1) Transfer water rights (already completed) and 2) Demolish the existing Meadowbrook Galleries. The Meadowbrook Infiltration Gallery has reached the end of its useful life and requires significant upgrades to the facility for continued use. This project is to demolish the Meadowbrook Infiltration Gallery pump stations, piping and appurtenances as well as complete necessary infrastructure modifications to change homes on the north side of West Flormann Street from the Low Level Pressure Zone to the Canyon Lake Pressure Zone. |
