In July of 2014, the City Council approved the request for proposals to find a consultant to perform the Rapid City Area 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan. The team charged with selecting consultants for the study has selected Felsburg Holt & Ullevig from Centennial, Colorado. The proposed budget from Felsburg Holt & Ullevig to perform the study is $133,000.00. |
