Appeal of Building Board of Appeals’ Decision Regarding Contractor’s License of Lyndon Bolt
Summary:
On August 12, the Building Board of Appeals affirmed the decision of the Building Official to not suspend or revoke Lyndon Bolt’s Contractor’s License.  R.C.M.C. 15.04.130(G) provides that license determinations made by the Building Board of Appeals may be appealed to City Council.  Rana Graham is appealing the Building Board’s decision.

Options:
Action: (1) Uphold the Building Board of Appeals’ determination to affirm the decision of the Building Official to not suspend or revoke Lyndon Bolt’s Contractor’s License; or                                                                   (2) Reverse the Building Board of Appeals’ decision, and decide to suspend or revoke Lyndon Bolt’s Contractor’s License.
