Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants and FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Passages Women’s Transitional Living Program.
CDBG funds will be used for acquisition of a house.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2014 CDBG Annual Action Plan. |
