Based on the population estimate, Rapid City is eligible for eighty-four (84) video lottery licenses. As of July 1, 2014, there are sixty-nine (69) Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage Licenses that are eligible for video lottery. Currently seven (7) of the sixty-nine (69) Malt Beverage with Video Lottery licenses are being held inactive. Fifteen (15) video lottery licenses remain available. |
