Summary: |

|
Under the current ordinance, Planning Commission terms expire July 1. This amendment would change the expiration of Planning Commission terms to October 1 and extend the terms of all current Planning Commissioners an additional three months, to expire on October 1 of the third year. Currently, appointments are made during the time of year that includes budget meetings, elections, and transition of elected officials. This amendment would move the time for making these appointments to a less busy time of the year. |
