Summary:
Pursuant to a FCC rules and regulations, Clarity Telecom is requesting approval of transfer of franchise license from its current franchisee, Knology d/b/a WOW! To Clarity Telecom to facilitate the purchase agreement entered by these parties for all facilities and operations held by WOW for certain areas of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
