Agenda Title:
Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a Standard Agreement Between the City of Rapid City and Cetec Engineering Services, Inc. for Additional Professional Design Services for Skyline Wilderness Park Trailhead Development & Dinosaur Park Improvements, Project No. PR13-6109 / CIP 51002, in the amount of $107,077.
Summary:
The proposed contract is for additional professional services for planning, design, bidding, and construction administration for the Skyline Wilderness Park Trailhead Development and Dinosaur Park Improvements Project; this is a Vision Fund Project. The original scope of work and budget have been expanded to include additional road reconstruction of Skyline Drive, easement documentation, stone wall repairs, Dinosaur Park pedestrian and parking improvements and further development of the Dinosaur Park Master Plan. The Parks and Recreation Department has allocated an additional $454,000 for this project.
