An agreement to reimburse Legacy Land Co., LLC, for the design, procurement and installation of the proposed Hanover Drive Water Main Extension. Proposed project includes the extension of app. 550 lf of 12” Palo Verde Water Main to connect existing water mains at Parkview Drive and the western terminus of Hanover Drive.
