Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign a Covenant Agreement between the City of Rapid City and The Dakota District of the Wesleyan Church to Allow a Storm Water Quality Treatment Pond in a Drainage Easement.
Summary:
The City has an existing 72” storm sewer pipe that crosses this property. The agreement allows for a storm water quality treatment pond to be constructed on top of the existing storm sewer pipe and removes liability from the City for any damage that may occur to the pond due to maintenance of the storm sewer pipe.
