Approve Nonunion Condrey Study Recommendation Excluding Elected Officials
Summary:
The City Council gave approval in December of 2013 for the City to sign a contract with Condrey & Associates to do a salary study for the nonunion positions within the City to determine if they are regionally competitive.   It is the recommendation of the Department Director’s to approve the implementation of the Condrey’s Plan B Modified. The section of the report pertaining to elected officals will not be adopted at this time.
