Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign an Informal Agreement Between City of Rapid City and Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Professional Services for Pevans Parkway Sanitary Sewer Main Reconstruction, Project No. 14-2200 / CIP No. 51042, in the amount of $13,446.50.

Summary:

Sperlich Consulting, Inc. has work under contract with the City in excess of $25,000 this year, staff is required to inform Council and to get authorization to enter into the agreement.

This design is primarily for the reconstruction of approximately 146 lineal feet of City sanitary sewer main to the west of manhole G8-105, located in front of 1510 Pevans Parkway, and 56 lineal feet of City sanitary sewer main north of manhole G8-105 located within an easement on the same property. Additionally, eighty one (81) lineal feet of new City sanitary sewer main is anticipated to be extended east in Pevans Parkway from manhole G8-105, located in front of 1510 Pevans Parkway.
