easements to the SDDOT for drainage structures and light poles in Rapid City
Greenway Tract 1 and Tract 4 of Rapid City Greenway Tracts to the City of
Rapid City along Jackson Boulevard necessary for SDDOT Project No. P
0044(00)40 PCN 6925 and let in conjunction with City project SS10-1837 / CIP
No. 50177.

Summary:

|
The South Dakota Department of Transportation is requesting
temporary and permanent easements from the City of Rapid City located in
Rapid City Greenway tracts along Jackson Boulevard between Chapel Lane and
Rapid Creek for SDDOT Project No. P 0044(00)40 PCN 6925 and let in
conjunction with City project SS10-1837 / CIP No. 50177. The SDDOT has
provided an offer of compensation for granting these easements which is
included in the Joint Powers Financial Agreement for this project.
The
Parks and Recreation Advisory Board approved the compensation offer for
temporary and permanent easements and recommended that the Mayor and Finance
Officer sign the applicable agreements.
