The Community Development Manager requests Council approval of proposed policy changes to Community Development Block Grant Fund Program (CDBG). Proposed changes will allow us to focus funding more directly on the highest priority unmet needs identified in the City Consolidated Plan that support efforts to house those experiencing chronic homelessness and very low- and low-income households. |
