Request for a variance from sidewalk requirements per 12.08.060 for properties along the north side of Harmony Lane. The City is reconstructing Harmony lane, and due to right-of-way constraints, sidewalk will be installed only on the south side of the road. Approval of this variance request will relieve the property owners of the sidewalk requirement along the north side of Harmony Lane when obtaining a building permit. |
