My recommendation is to award the contract to Allegiant Emergency Services Inc. for the remount of one (1) new Type III Wheeled Coach Ambulance for the Rapid City Fire Department. My recommendation is to accept the base bid for a total amount of $160,335. They have met all requirements and the ambulance meets all specifications.

Summary:

Purchase one new Type III ambulance.
