Summary: |

|
For ease of regulation and enforcement, the City wishes to change a manufactured home park “license” issued under R.C.M.C. 15.48 to a manufactured home park “operating license.” The amendment also removes the outdated reference to the International Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals and states that individuals have the right to appeal decisions made under R.C.M.C. 15.48 to the Building Board of Appeals. |
