Summary: |
|||
3L, LLC would like to vacate a portion of Gold Street & Nowlin Street right-of-ways adjacent to two properties they own in Scotts Addition. The City also owns properties adjacent to the proposed vacation. When the right-of-way is vacated a portion of the right-of-way will go back to the properties owned by 3L, LLC and a portion will go back to the properties owned by the City. These rights-of-way are not built out as streets, nor do they contain any City Utilities. In order for 3L, LLC to submit a right-of-way vacation application, all adjacent property owners must sign the application. Public Works and Parks and Recreation Departments have meet with the petitioner and have no objection to the request. |
