This resolution is to establish a construction fee for the area that will benefit from the oversize water main constructed as a part of the Prairie Meadows Subdivision, Phase 1, and paid to the developer per the agreement between the City of Rapid City and Freeland Meadows, LLC approved by City Council on October 7, 2013. Recaptured fees will accrue to the water utility enterprise fund. |
