Agenda Title:
Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Rapid City and the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce
Summary:
This MOU sets out the terms and conditions related to the annual appropriation of money to support the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce.  The MOU memorializes the services received from the Chamber.  The MOU has a one-year term, and automatically renews.  Either party may terminate the MOU without cause, or the Chamber may terminate the agreement immediately if funding is not appropriated.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
The MOU does not approve any new funding, but relates to the funds budgeted each year.
