Summary: |

|
In August of 2013 the Mayor’s Office and the Community Planning & Development Services Department entered into a contract with Jim Lehe to perform an update of the original 2010 Lehe study that served as a blue print for the reorganization of the Department. The new study evaluated the chsanges made by the Second Floor Committee to determine if the changes had been effective. The new study also identifies 16 recommendations to improve the Development Review Team process and revise several ordinances, policies and procedures. One of the primary recommendation was to combine the subdivision ordinance and zoning ordinance into a Unified Development Code. CPDS Staff has prepared a memorandum outlining a work plan to address each of the recommendations which is attached along with a copy of the new study. |
