Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign original copies of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contracts for the Salvation Army.
CDBG funds will be used to provide financial assistance for utilities to low income households to prevent disconnection of services or to access new housing.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan. |
