Summary:
To help ensure that the City of Rapid City offers compensation that is competitive enough to attract and retain necessary talent, a compensation study focusing on the City’s Non-Union positions is needed.  The City requests to hire Condrey & Associates to conduct the study, present specific findings, and provide appropriate recommendations.
