Resolution No. 2013-126 Approve Recommendations to Address Specific Compensation Issues within Police and Fire Departments
Summary:
Due to changes and adjustments to pay practices over the years within the City, some compensation and compression issues exist within the Fire Department and the Police Department.  These issues have been brought forward from Management within Fire and Police and were provided to Condrey & Associates to help determine potential remedies.  In response, Condrey & Associates have provided some specific recommendations that will help to alleviate such issues.
