Summary:
This ordinance clarifies that members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council; codifies the process for appointments of 5 members to the Beautification Committee by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board; and codifies the process for appointments of 5 members to the Urban Wildlife Committee by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
