These are accounts that are currently included in accounts receivable that need to be written off. The National Average for all debt write off is 10.3% and we have a .50% this year. This is down from last year by .22%. CCB's recover this year is 22.39% of the accounts that we turned over to them. This was the second year with the new rate structure. This increase was an overall 10% increase from 2009. The City will continue to try to collect these accounts. The asterisk (*) just means that the customer did not have a garbage account. |
