Summary:
This item is to obtain infrastructure acceptance of public improvements including a sanitary sewer extension from Emerson Lane to Tish Blvd, drainage improvements from Dyess Avenue to Tish Blvd, and electrical improvements at the intersection of Dyess Ave and East Mall Drive.  These improvements were a portion of the improvements included in TIF #69.
