in Section 28, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota.

Appeal
of the denial for an exception to waive the requirement to install 36’ of
pavement, curb and gutter, street light conduit, water main, and to dedicate
an additional 10’ of right-of-way along Sheridan Lake Road. The required
improvements are associated with the proposed Dunsmore Subdivision.
UPDATE: Staff met with the applicant on 10/22/13. Based upon the meeting, staff can agree to the subdivision improvements as
recommended below.
