Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign No-Build Easement with John Walker and Kitty Walker Concerning Property Located at 1608 Pevans Parkway
Summary:
John Walker and Kitty Walker own two lots side-by-side in an area zoned Park Forest District.  They sought a variance to reduce the side yard setback on one property to eight feet from the 30 foot minimum requirement.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment granted the variance request with the stipulation that the Walkers file with the Register of Deeds a no-build easement on the neighboring property preventing construction within sixty feet of the structure to be located in the setback area.
