FY2013 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Wellspring, Inc.
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign original copy of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract and the Indenture of Restrictive Convenants for Wellspring, Inc.. CDBG funds will be used to replace 2 obsolete furnaces and windows in Outpatient Services building at Soaring Eagle Chemical Dependency Treatment Program and youth Challenge After School Program. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.

FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
