FY2013 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Lutheran Social Services, Stepping Stones Program
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign original copy of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract and the Indenture of Restrictive Convenants for Lutheran Social Services – Stepping Stone Program. CDBG funds will be used to install a centralized fire alarm and sprinkler system for the Stepping Stone apartment building. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
