|
On May 7, 2012, the Common Council accepted from SC Building LLC a deed to a lot, the legal description of which is contained in the title of this agenda item. Since that time, it has been determined that a corrective deed is needed in order to clarify the rights, title, and interest the City accepted via the May 7, 2012, conveyance. As a result, SC Building LLC is now requesting acceptance by the City of the attached corrective deed. |
