Agenda Title:

Approve request by SC Building LLC for authorization to prepare a corrective deed for Lot H1 in Lot 2A of Lot 2 of Tract A of Control Data Addition, located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW¼NE¼), Section Twenty-five (25), Township Two North (T2N), Range Seven East (R7E) of the Black Hills Meridian, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, containing 1.862 acres and to authorize acceptance of the corrective deed

Summary:

On May 7, 2012, the Common Council accepted from SC Building LLC a deed to a lot, the legal description of which is contained in the title of this agenda item. Since that time, it has been determined that a corrective deed is needed in order to clarify the rights, title, and interest the City accepted via the May 7, 2012, conveyance. As a result, SC Building LLC is now requesting acceptance by the City of the attached corrective deed.
